CC2652R: BLE mesh 中models publication处自动生成的代码无法通过编译。

此处的UpdateCallback，并没有在ti_device_composition.h自动生成对应的函数声明，导致无法通过编译。不知是否是ide的bug。或者需要用户自行修改zephyr源文件定义该函数声明？

The Model Publication state is a composite state that controls parameters of messages that are published by a model. The state includes a Publish Address, a Publish Period, a Publish AppKey Index, a Publish Friendship Credential Flag, a Publish TTL, a Publish Retransmission Count, and a Publish Retransmit Interval Steps.
