TI中文支持网利用CCS对CC2640R2F板子在烧写官方给的simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_3_40_00_10中的rtls_slave的工程时，总是失败，且给的失败原因是：

用的是launchpad还是自制的板子，检查CCS版本和SDK是否匹配
