CC2540F256RHAR MCU locked up

Recently using the bluetooth PCBA module, found the module can`t be connected.Some module can be re-burned to sucesssful connected,but some still failed.

After analysise of failed module,we suspect the 2540 MCU to be locked which caused to burning incompleted.

So we just want to know what conditions can cause the MCU to be locked and how to judge the MCU locked ?

芯片被锁了？连接SMART RF studio擦除一下试试

用Flash Programmer去erase 芯片跟unlock debug interface後再試試

电源电压不稳定就可能造成锁芯片
