CC2640R2F 4*4RSM封装， 自己比对ti原理图画的电路，CCS无法load program，报错如下，但是可以用 flash programmer下载CCS生成的HEX文件。

请问如何解决上述错误，用了XDS100V3.

ccs编译后生成一个hex文件，用flash programmer 下载该文件后程序不运行。

请问CCS的报错是为什么呢，能否软件设置jtag的时钟呢

设置jtag的时钟，你这个应该不是TCLK的问题,看下另一帖中的回复
