现按照官网上给出的说明书操作，发现无法实现将板子与电脑上的软件相连，请问这是怎么回事呢？

您好，我这边遇到的问题与该帖中相同，但并未得到解决：

1. When setting according to figure 3 in DAC11001EVM user's guide, connect the USB cable to the port on the xds110 side of the board, and two hardware inserts are displayed in the computer device manager. Then proceed to “step 4” in Figure 3, that is, when the USB cable is connected to the port under the circuit board, there is no display hardware inserted into the computer device manager. Is this abnormal?
2、Connect the USB cable from the lauchpad OTG USB port (U7) to the PC . “Hardware not connected. Failed to connect “ is displayed at the bottom of BP-DAC11001EVM software. The operation of 3.2.1 starting the software in DAC11001EVM user's guide was also carried out, which failed to solve the problem

您好，很抱歉回复晚了。建议您卸载掉GUI然后按照下面的步骤重新验证下，是否能解决您的问题。
1.卸载掉EVM GUI和以及一些安装文件。
2. 重新安装EVMGUI软件。
3.按照EVM user‘s guide中2.1.2的介绍对固件进行升级。（Firmware upgrade）。
4. 安装Cloud Agent。 当安装完之后，launchpad应该能自动跳出来。
5. 点击“start 和Browser <Download Directory>\BPDAC11001EVM_1.0.1_installer_win\install_image_BP-DAC11001EVM.\BPDAC11001EVM\firmware\acctrl.bin. Press Load Image followed by Verify Image.

您好，连接不上的原因可能是GUI的串口选择问题导致。 建议是按照下面这个步骤再看下：
Options → Serial Port, and change the port to the other available port with the (Texas Instruments) or ACCtrl tag. One of the two ports with these tags will connect to the hardware.另外， 建议附上串口选择部分的截图附上，我这边帮您再看下。
