BQ30Z55DBTR-R3 DFW and Flash issue

We met the BQ30Z55DBTR-R3 DFW issue after ship the device more than 2 years, and till now we still un-know waht happen for the DFW issue, and may be is wear out of flash, and may Iknow how to Calculation the flash life cycle, becasue we know the flash has 20k lifecycle

上面這個帖子並沒有給出答案,如果有發生DFW旗標被舉起後,如果重置後,DFW旗標就消失了,如何確認這顆IC是正常可以繼續使用? 是IC被誤判了?

有試過有3個有DFW問題的IC,經過重置,有2個DFW旗標消失,可以使用,有一個,隔了幾分鐘後,發覺DFW又被舉起,有什麼方法可以檢查Data flash是正常的沒有超過20K的壽命?
