WIN10下CCS9.3无法安装powersuit2.5.1.00-TI中文支持网

在WIN10下安装的CCS9.3，将已有的带powersuit功能的工程（该工程在WIN7的CCS9.3下运行OK）导入后，提示没有安装powersuit2.5.1.00，并且在CCS下没找到该版本的安装入口。
