您好,VCC的电压最小为11.4V.VSS的最小电压为-15.75V. 我看您的电路中为+-9V. 所以不满足供电电压范围
请改正VCC和VSS电压在范围之内,再试试输出是否正常.

不好意思,图上写的是9V,标错了,应该是正负12V,我量了正负电源,分别是+12.7V和-12.7V,2脚和3脚的电压是9.994V

我又根据说明书的要求,在5脚和4脚直接加了10K的电位器,用来调整gain,但是最大值的调整范围很小,只能最大调到9.7V,仍然到不了10V

您好,上电时序正确吗? 按照datasheet中的要求,VSS先上电,其次VDD,最后VCC.
Supply sequence is important in establishing the correct startup of the DAC. The following supply sequence must be
followed: VSS (device substrate) first, then VDD followed by VCC. In addition, each supply must reach the values specified
in the Electrical Characteristics table (see page 3) within100ms of its ramp start.
