TAS5711 interchannel delay

请问TI小伙伴，TAS5711规格书 page51，有个interchannel delay的配置，请问这个是调整啥用的。

为啥对audio performance有很大影响。

好象手册也没有说得太明白 只是在后面讲 :

ICD (INTERCHANNEL DELAY) settings have high impact on audio performance (e.g., dynamic range, THD, crosstalk etc.). Therefore, appropriate ICD settings must be used. By default, the device has ICD settings for AD mode. If used in BD mode, then update these registers before coming out of all-channel shutdown.
