I’ve some questions about its application in Smart phone or NB.
- How does TS3A227E route its internal switch when different external audio accessory insertion?
For example, 3 poles or 4 poles headset is plugged in, how does it judge? I’m not able to understand well from its datasheet.
- When TS3A227E is used in type c connector of smart phone or NB, it’s able to detect and automatically change internal
Switch if 3.5mm headset is inserted through a converted cable. However, if an earphone with type c interface is
directly plugged in, how does it work?
Thanks.

Thanks for your sharing, however, I still have 3 puzzles needed your helps.
1.In my opinion, audio accessory adapter, should include two kinds: 3.5mm headset and type c earphone.
As for these two category devices, they both have the same pull-down 1k ohm resistor on CC signals, detected by CC controller, right?
2.If a type c earphone is inserted into a type c port in a smart phone or NB, how can the system detect the plug orientation of type c earphone,
and then adjust TS3A227E internal switch according to earphone?
3.Do you know the internal signal connector in a type c earphone? If yes, please share it with me.
