如果是3.3，请检查仿真器驱动是否安装正确；
如果是V4以上版本，请确认是否建好了Target Configuration File并进行了连接测试。

这种情况在一些仿真器比较差一点，或是外界干扰比较大一点的情况，都可能会出现，保证电源稳定，接线牢靠，如果有干扰，则在仿真器接线处接个磁环等。
