在IWR6843 ISK开发板运行mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_0_1例程时终端一直显示设备不支持此命令,然后gui界面自动关闭
硬件平台为:IWR6843+MMWAVEICBOOST
根据官方用户手册操作如下:
1:通过unflash成功下载people_counting例程pplcount_lab_xwr68xx.bin文件至IWR6843开发板
2:断电后,移除SOP2跳线冒
3:运行labs下的pplcount_gui.exe程序,大概30秒后出现GUI配置界面,成功连接port、选择mmw_pplcount_demo_default.cfg配置文件,并点击start
现象:
在pplcount_gui.exe终端一直显示 设备不支持此命令

开发板是上周采购的,已经确认IWR6843芯片上的信息,板上芯片信息如下
第一行:XIWR6843
第二行:QG
第三行:97ZD4C9
第四行:678A ABL G1
确认开发板是ES2 device

我确认了一下,ES2.0的IWR6843及TOOLBOX4.0.1的people counting demo是匹配的。是可以成功运行的。请检查一下你的matlab runtime是否安装成功,请检查是否能够成功运行SDK的工程。附我运行的打印信息供参考。
