准备做一个升压电路，要求有过流保护功能，请推荐个过流保护芯片，谢谢

20V到30V之间

   内置MOS，电流限制都是不可调的，也就是说很可能到达1A以上才能过流保护。

   如果要准确的0.5A左右保护，又是内置MOS，可能没有合适的。
