使用48V电源输入,我把门电路电阻断开,GATE2接入VB,变成现在这样,接入MOS管后,会把MOS管FDMS86250烧毁,请问是什么问题产生出来这种波形。原理图和波形如下POE.pdf

接入VB是禁用GATE2的功能配置,现在的现象是GATE的波形不正常,开关的波形不是一个250KHZ的矩形波,在高电平期间会夹杂其他的脉冲,MOS管开关的状态不对。

gate 那部分电路你理解的可能有问题,你吧gate1断开你Q12 也会烧掉。电压串联起来超标了 所以烧!
