BQ76940+BQ78350，不能修改OCD threshold值

使用BQ76940+BQ78350做了一个BMS，由于系统的开机电流比较大，达到16A。

按照BQ78350的TRM，修改OCD threshold数值，改成 -30000mA。

实测的过程中，发现该值无效，开机后直接进入OCD保护模式

似乎系统的OCD threshold仍然是6000mA。

此外，系统运行起来以后，电流可能达到50A，如何设置OCD threshold数值呢？

根据TRM的描述，OCD threshold最多只能到-32000mA。

OCD:
1- Check what your overcurrent for discharge value is.
2- Same as COV. In order for the error to be cleared, the current must fall below the configured "recovery" threshold. By default, this limit is set to +50mA. That means that you must charge a little bit for the error to be cleared. In our system, we use a negative close to zero (otherwise, this error would never clear).
