TI中文支持网Cell Term V Delta 默认的200mV，但是我 在规格书没有找到其对应的与之相关的功能描述。
备注：这个在BQ28Z610或者BQ40Z50-R1里面会对ROSC_CONV 这个寄存器有作用，但是BQ34Z100-G1没有这个寄存器，所以我不知道这个delta起到什么作用。

fast convergence aka fast scaling, allows for smooth converging of the SOC to zero , trying to ensure SOC is reported as zero when you get to the terminate voltage. Fast scaling starts based on either voltage,i.e term voltage delta or SOC i.e fast scale start SOC. Close to the end of discharge the device is checking for if either or condition is met to start fast resistance scaling.
