如果是BQ24703,数据手册没有关于这部分的设置，I think because this device is designed for notebook application, so in general, there will be gauge in battery pack side to monitor battery capacity then controlling BQ24703 charging or not.

The BQ24773 does not automatically terminate charge and relies on an external microcontroller to manually terminate charge. Usually the microcontroller will determine the correct time to terminate charge by reading a gas gauge IC on the battery pack.
