TI中文支持网BQ76920上电，初始化，打开库仑计使SYS_CTRL2的CC_EN设为1，SYS_STAT的OVRD_ALERT位为1，且读到SYS_CTRL2的CC_EN不为1，这时MCU重新复位，重新初始化BQ芯片才能正常打开BQ的库仑计。

OVRD_ALERTbit is being set due to fact there is some residual voltage on the ALERT Pin. 2.5V voltage on ALERT is a solid logic high. ALERT pin response could be due to a spurious glitch coupling onto the ALERT pin.
change out the 1Mohm to ~500K to GND. Also add a 470pF cap to GND.
make certain, the SYS_CTRL registers are cleared.to CLEAR write "1" in the corresponding register.
