BQ4050 mos驱动电路工作方式

你好，请问MOS打开 和关闭的时候，截图 所示电路是怎样工作的？

the chg and dsg pin are driven by a chg pump that will maintain the drive at 10V greater than the PACK voltage to provide FET turn on.At >3.1V, power input switches from VCC to BAT for the gauge.
